Hunters of Enterprising Spirits is a comprehensive educational program aimed at students aged 9 and above. The main goal of the program is to primarily support soft skills that are essential for personal and professional success, particularly communication, assertiveness, emotional intelligence, creativity, and teamwork. The program uses interactive teaching methods that actively engage students, allowing them to develop not only knowledge but also practical skills necessary for effective functioning in school and future work environments.

Key Activities and Student Experiences
Children experience an adventurous story in which they become members of teams searching for mysterious beings—Enterprising Spirits. Legends say that those who obtain their life cards gain a range of special abilities. Various supporting materials are used during the les sons to develop the story and stimulate children’s imagination. Game leaders also use prepared audio recordings to create an immersive atmosphere for the game.

Program Characteristics and Principles
The program is divided into four thematic blocks, each associated with a “spirit” representing a key competency. The main aim is to develop soft skills such as communication, assertiveness, emotional intelligence, and teamwork.

  • Lessons 1–8: Komun – the Spirit of Communication
Children learn effective communication, proper handshakes, use of questions, principles of self-presentation, active listening, and aligning verbal and nonverbal communication.
  • Lessons 9–16: Asertina – the Spirit of Assertiveness
The program develops assertive behavior, recognizing manipulation, the technique of assertive “NO,” giving and receiving praise, handling criticism, and finding compromise solutions.
  • Lessons 17–25: Ema – the Spirit of Emotional Intelligence
Children learn to recognize their own emotions, manage anger, fear, and stage fright, detect lies, and use emotions as inspiration.
  • Lessons 26–30: Týma – the Spirit of Teamwork
This block explains the principles of teamwork, the importance of values, motivation, team roles, and the SMART method for setting team and personal goals.

Methodology and Structure
The educational activities are interactive and practical, adapted to the age of the participants. The program is divided into blocks that combine theoretical knowledge with practical tasks. In this way, students acquire methodological approaches and skills they can immediately apply in school and extracurricular projects. A game leader, called the Master/Mistress of the Game, guides the children, gradually revealing the story and presenting various challenges and model situations to solve. The leader acts as a mentor, helper, or even competitor, depending on the role assigned in the game scenario described in the program’s manual, the Master/Mistress Almanac.

Expected Outcomes and Value
Participants develop key soft skills, including communication, assertiveness, emotional intelligence, creativity, and teamwork. They gain practical experience in expressing their own ideas, managing emotions, resolving conflicts, and collaborating effectively in a group.
