It supports the development of labor market competencies, with a special focus on entrepreneurial skills and innovation capabilities. Students participate in interactive workshops, experiential education sessions, and career orientation activities, helping them plan their future careers consciously. The project places strong emphasis on modernizing educational tools by introducing new pedagogical methods. It strengthens collaborative learning and independent thinking, enabling students to adapt more effectively to labor market challenges. Additionally, the program offers teacher training to ensure educators can support students' professional and personal development effectively.
