The project co-funded by the European Union is implemented by the Nyitott Ajtó Baptist School, aiming to expand informal and non-formal learning opportunities in public education institutions. Through various initiatives, the programme enhances students' practical and creative skills:

  • "Manage Wisely" – development of entrepreneurial and financial literacy, along with organising competitions.
  • "I Want to Understand Everything" – improving native language communication with experiential pedagogy.
  • "Realm of Opportunities" – escape room activities to strengthen creative and problem-solving thinking.
  • "I Think, Therefore I Am" – board game-themed program for developing logical and strategic thinking.

The project's goal is to make learning engaging and practical, helping students confidently apply their knowledge in everyday life.

Key Activities and Student Experience

The goal of the programme is to introduce students to the fundamentals of business thinking and provide practical experience in economic and financial decision-making. The "Manage Wisely" initiative, implemented within the project, specifically focuses on developing entrepreneurial competencies. It includes:

  • Financial and economic knowledge: Students learn basic financial concepts, budgeting, and principles of responsible financial management. 
  • Business planning: Participants develop their own business ideas and learn how to create a business plan. 
  • Competitions and practical tasks: Interactive games and contests help cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset. 
  • Use of digital tools: Application of modern technologies in business, including the basics of online marketing and e-commerce. 

These activities contribute to students gaining confidence and awareness in managing their finances while enhancing their creative and strategic thinking skills. 

Program Features and Principles
The project focuses on developing entrepreneurial skills, helping students shape a business mindset and make economic decisions. It provides practical experience in financial and business planning through interactive tasks and entrepreneurial simulations. Learners acquire the fundamentals of financial and business planning through various thematic modules while applying their knowledge in teamwork and real-life situations.
